Adult Day and Supported Employment Programs
Bancroft NeuroHealth offers a variety of day and supported employment services to adults with differing abilities. Individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, brain injuries or other neurological complications may participate in one or more program options, based on their interests and abilities.

Adult Day and Supported Employment Programs
Adult Day and Vocational Programs focus on functional and therapeutic activities
designed to assist individuals in maximizing their independence, growth,
and quality of life. Services are delivered using a person-centered, team-driven
approach (with individuals served considered a member of the team).
Brick Day Program
Brick Day Programs are offered to adults with developmental disabilities
and those with brain injuries, in Bancroft NeuroHealth's residential programs
in Brick Township and also those living elsewhere.
Day Treatment Services
Bancroft Brain Injury Day Treatment Services for adults is designed to maximize
community reintegration through group activities in both clinic and community
settings. Day programming is available to individuals living either in Bancroft
residential programs or with family members.
Flicker Day Program
The Flicker Day Program serves older adults with developmental disabilities
or brain injuries. The Flicker Day Program is open to all those currently
residing in the six group homes of the Judith B. Flicker Residences. Day-only
services can also be provided to other adults who meet the admission criteria.
Mullica Hill Day Program
Bancroft's Mullica Hill Day Programs are designed to be transitional for
those adults preparing for community-based employment. For those not moving
toward employment, the program maintains a structured day program designed
to facilitate growth and enhanced self-worth and productivity.
