Melissa Wheatcroft joined Bancroft as Corporate Counsel in March 2005, and assumed responsibility for the Quality Management Department in July 2005. Prior to joining Bancroft, Ms. Wheatcroft was employed in private practice at Archer & Greiner, a law firm in Haddonfield, N.J. where she concentrated her practice in the representation of management in all aspects of Labor and Employment Law. During her employment with Archer & Greiner, she often handled Bancroft matters and became familiar with programs and services.
Ms. Wheatcroft is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She graduated Rutgers University School of Law at Camden with highest honors and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from St. Joseph's University.
