Bancroft NeuroHealth’s free workshop series on topics related to developmental disabilities recently held a workshop on the Introduction to ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis). The workshop focused on the methodology and theoretical framework of Applied Behavior Analysis; Skinner’s original concepts, teaching techniques such as discrete trial, task analysis, chaining, positive and negative reinforcement, application techniques and uses within an integrated or self-contained classroom. These workshops are made available free of charge to the public due to the generosity of the TD Charitable Foundation.
