Anthony DiBartolo
Vice President, Human Resources
Tony DiBartolo joined Bancroft in August 2005. He came to Bancroft from Underwood Memorial Hospital in Woodbury, N.J., where he served as director of Human Resources for the 1,800-employee facility. He has been a human resources professional since 1978, and has worked in the healthcare industry since 1982. Prior to his position at Underwood, he served as regional director of benefits for the Philadelphia region of Catholic Health Initiatives, and prior to that as vice president of human resources for St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, Pa. He received his bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Drexel University, and his master's degree in Health Administration from St. Joseph's University.
