Free Workshop: Supporting the Siblings of Individuals with Disabilities
WHAT: Bancroft NeuroHealth is offering a FREE Wednesday workshop series open to the public on topics related to developmental disabilities and connected disorders. The workshops focus on areas of interest and concern to families and professionals, with continuing education credits (CEU’s) available for educators. The January workshop focuses on Supporting the Siblings of Individuals with Disabilities.

DETAILS: The January workshop will include a discussion about the support needed for children who have siblings with developmental disabilities. The workshop will also address the positive effects of other interventions for the family like individual and family therapy as well as resources in the area that can provide such services.
