Free Developmental Disability Workshop: Preparing Students for the Workforce

WHAT:Bancroft NeuroHealth’s FREE workshop series on topics related to developmental disabilities will focus this month on Preparing Students for Transition and the Use of Technology in Vocational Training. Following a discussion of the Career Education Model that is used to prepare students for entry level employment, the presentation will focus on exploring vocational opportunities and the use of computer technology to provide virtual employment experiences. This workshop is open to the public. Families of individuals with developmental disabilities and professionals are encouraged to attend; continuing education credits (CEU’s) are available.

WHEN: Wednesday, March 28 – 6:30-8:30 p.m.
