Bancroft President Toni Pergolin appears in a new video on Philly.com, the website of the Philadelphia Inquirer.

In the video — part of the publication’s “One Great Idea” series — Pergolin advocates hiring more people with disabilities throughout the Philadelphia region.

She describes the benefits for employers, employees, and society in general. October is National Disabilities Employment Awareness Month, Pergolin notes — the perfect time to try her “one great idea!”
