About Outpatient and Day Treatment Services

Program Description
Led by a team of experienced clinicians, our outpatient services take a goal-focused approach to helping individuals with acquired brain injury work toward complete reintegration.

Outpatient and Day Treatment Services
Bancroft offers a broad array of outpatient treatment services and therapies for adults with acquired brain injuries. A transdisciplinary rehabilitation team provides coordinated treatment, family education, and family training. Rehabilitation therapies can also be offered in combination with a full day treatment program.

Services Provided
An individualized treatment plan is developed to meet the unique goals of each person served. This plan is flexible and updated regularly. Staff support is available to supervise self-care, transfers and eating as needed.

Admissions Criteria

  1. Medically and psychologically stable
  2. Free from active substance abuse
  3. Willing to participate in rehabilitation
  4. 18 years of age and older

Funders
Bancroft Brain Injury Outpatient Rehabilitation Services are funded by private health insurance, automobile insurance, Workers’ Compensation, the New Jersey TBI Medicaid Waiver, the New Jersey Traumatic Brain Injury Fund, and the New Jersey Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.
