Bancroft operates the following sites in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Departments located at 1255 Caldwell Road include the President’s Office, Development, Facilities & Construction Management, Finance, Human Resources, ITS, Payroll, Purchasing, Marketing/Communications, and Admissions.
The Bancroft Employee Center is the headquarters for training and support of its workforce including Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development & Learning, Occupational Health, and Benefits departments.
Our Pennsylvania office is the headquarters for employee training and operations for community residential group homes for adults located in suburban Philadelphia, PA and Wilmington, DE.
Bancroft’s Preschool & Early Education Program is proven to provide students ages 3-11 a solid foundation for success by building on mastered skills as they learn new ones.
The Bancroft Raymond & Joanne Welsh Campus is home to The Bancroft School (Elementary/Middle School, High School/Vocational, Post-Secondary Preparation & Transition), The Lindens (Severe Behavior Disorders), Pediatric Campus Residential Program, Quality Management, Facilities, Admissions, and some Corporate Administration offices.
The Bancroft Lakeside Campus provides day, vocational and residential programs for adults with autism and other intellectual or developmental disabilities.
The Bancroft Gloucester Program is designed for adults with intellectual/developmental disability and a dual medical or mental health diagnosis who have struggled in other residential settings.
Located within Voorhees Pediatric Facility, this school provides special education to children and youth who are medically fragile and technology-dependent.
The Jacob Schaefer Center includes day and vocational programs for adults with autism and other intellectual or developmental disabilities. It is also the administrative base for Bancroft’s extensive community-living programs for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

The Judith B. Flicker Residences includes day and residential programs for older adults with autism and other intellectual or developmental disabilities.
The Resnick Center is the South Jersey base for Bancroft NeuroRehab, and houses a Day Treatment Program for adults with neurological challenges.
The Bancroft NeuroRehab Toms River outpatient center provides day program services and outpatient therapies for adults with brain injuries and neurological conditions. The day program offers a range of therapeutic services, including physical, occupational and speech therapy, cognitive rehabilitation, counseling and vocational support. The community-living program provides a full range of life-skills instruction and support.
The Bancroft NeuroRehab Plainsboro Program provides community living and a day program for adults with acquired brain injuries. The day program offers a range of therapeutic services, including physical, occupational and speech therapy, cognitive rehabilitation, counseling and vocational support. The community-living program provides a full range of life-skills instruction and support.
The Bancroft NeuroRehab Brick Campus provides community living programs for adults with autism, acquired brain injuries and other intellectual or developmental disabilities.
