Wawa recently presented a giant check for $135,830 to Bancroft during the Collingswood, N.J., Wawa store's 25th anniversary celebration.
The gift came from Wawa store owners and customers who donated change in the coin-drop containers in New Jersey stores last year.
Bancroft is a leading nonprofit organization that helps people with neurological challenges live more independent and productive lives.
"We deeply appreciate this generous gift, which will help us continue providing top-quality programs for more than 1,300 children and adults each year," said Bancroft President Toni Pergolin.
The festivities, dubbed "Wawaversary," also included a whimsical wedding ceremony, music, and dancing with the big Wawa goose, Wally.
