3.22.10 | Bancroft Welcomes New Chief Operating Officer, Joseph Flamini

The appointment is the last of three new leadership positions that have been created to insure the organization achieves it goals and to help prepare for the future

Haddonfield, NJ—March 1 , 2010—Bancroft (www.bancroft.org), a human service provider of education, residential, vocational and rehabilitation services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, acquired brain injuries and other neurological challenges, welcomes Joseph Flamini to its executive team.

With a wide breadth of experience and knowledge in healthcare operations, Flamini joins Bancroft as chief operating officer. He will be responsible for helping to lead the management team to position the organization for future goals, including the possibility of relocating Bancroft’s Haddonfield headquarters, as well as other major initiatives. Flamini joins Bancroft from St. Francis Medical Center, where he served as vice president of Administration and Facility Operations. Prior to this position, he served as chief executive officer at Lourdes Health System.

Flamini brings with him a solid record of accomplishments, including development of effective collaborative working relationships with clinical staff and medical leaders. He has achieved strategic financial targets based on implementation of new clinical programs, management of productivity outcomes and a strong foundation of financial knowledge. In addition, Flamini has experience in implementing programs that resulted in significant improvements in customer satisfaction.
