Bancroft holds three distinctive fundraising events each year. Funds raised through these events provide vital services for the people we serve through every stage of life – from early childhood to retirement – and support Bancroft’s mission to provide opportunities to children and adults with diverse challenges to maximize their potential.
Butterfly Ball – February 25, 2017
Bancroft’s largest fundraising event, The Butterfly Ball, is a black-tie Gala that brings together over 500 Delaware Valley community and business leaders who understand the impact of Bancroft’s work for the people and families we support. Special performances by the individuals we serve and a silent auction are a few highlights of the event that attendees will enjoy.

Golf & Tennis Outing – June 2017
Held in June each year, the Golf & Tennis Outing attracts supporters of Bancroft from all over the country. After a full day of golf the event is highlighted by a Live Auction and dinner program. Proceeds from the golf outing enable robust educational, social, recreational and wellness activities for people served throughout Bancroft’s programs.
Bike for Bancroft – October, 2017
This event is a fun way to support the programs for children and adults with autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities, and those in need of neurological rehabilitation. Choose between a 5, 25, 45, or 65 mile ride through scenic Burlington County. All routes are well marked and fully supported. We also offer a Family Fun Ride that welcomes children and adults of all abilities.
Due to extreme weather conditions and for the safety of the cyclists, Bike for Bancroft 2016 had to be cancelled. Look for us to be back again next October, 2017!
Friends of Bancroft
The Friends of Bancroft is a group of young professional volunteers committed to supporting Bancroft. The group combines doing good with networking through which friends and funds are raised for Bancroft programs through donations and social events while donating their time to projects and initiatives. Most importantly, the group raises awareness of the organization among other young professionals with an interest in giving back to the community.
