Kathy Ross is Executive Liaison, Office of the President. She first came to Bancroft in 1983 as assistant to the president, and over the years has assumed higher levels of responsibility, while continuing to work closely with the President and Board of Trustees. During this time, Kathy has overseen a range of functions at Bancroft, including communications and public relations, licensing and accreditation, quality assurance, government relations, and family services — serving as the organization’s Family Advocate for a period of time.
Today, as an executive staff member, she works closely with Toni Pergolin, president and CEO, and other members of the executive staff team, as well as the Board of Trustees, continuing in the role of Board Secretary, a corporate officer position, which she has held for nearly 40 years. Kathy attended Glassboro State College (now Rowan), Camden County College, and has taken numerous classes, seminars and certification programs over the years, including the Certificate in Develomental Disabilities Program at Rutgers University in New Brunswick. She has been active in the communities Bancroft serves, including serving as President of the Rotary Club of Haddonfield during 2016 and 2017, as well as on its Board of Directors for many years in various capacities. Kathy was honored by Bancroft with the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018.
