Avi is responsible for overseeing Adult Employment Services at Bancroft.  He has over 15 years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with a variety of emotional, intellectual and developmental impairments. Additionally, he has spent over a decade focusing on improving employment outcomes for adults diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities. He has presented and conducted workshops at several local, national, and international conferences. Among other topics, Avi has often been invited to speak about the use of technology to promote skill acquisition, independence, and social acceptance.

Avi earned his master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University.
