Principal, Preschool And Early Education Program


Elizabeth Fuzy is Principal of the Bancroft Preschool & Early Education program. She is a longtime educator, behavior analyst and leader in the field of special education and consultation in both public and private schools. Elizabeth began her career at Bancroft as a teacher at The Bancroft School, having earned a bachelor’s degree in education and psychology from Rider University. She holds dual certification in elementary and special education. In 2003, she completed Temple University’s certification program to become a board certified assistant behavior analyst. Elizabeth then joined Bancroft’s Consultation and Training department providing consultation and professional development to public schools in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania public school systems.
In 2009 Elizabeth earned a master’s of education degree in administration from Rider University. She has served in the roles of supplemental teacher, supervisor and behavior analyst of the Bancroft Early Education Program and Preschool since 2005. In July 2013, Elizabeth was named principal of the Early Education Program.
Over the course of her career, Elizabeth has presented at various workshops in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well national conferences. She is published in the Journal of Behavioral Interventions.
