Direct Support Professionals provide daily care to our residents in residential and vocational settings. These roles are an entrance point to a career through our tuition reimbursement program and career paths that provide opportunities to advance in the organization.
The Bancroft School is the regional leader in Special Education. Our teachers and support staff provide a continuum of learning from Early Intervention through our Elementary, Middle and High School classrooms.
Bancroft’s Rehabilitation Therapy Center of Excellence provides best in class diagnostic and therapeutic services. We are seeking Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists, Cognitive Rehabilitation Specialists, and Neuropsychologists to enhance the potential of each individual and meet their specific rehabilitation needs.
Our Applied Behavior Analysis Center of Excellence delivers world-class behavior analytic services throughout the organization. Behavior Analysts and ABA staff employ their clinical skills in a variety of settings, including educational, residential, and external consultation sites.
Bancroft provides comprehensive and interdisciplinary care through our team of medical specialists, including highly skilled physicians and nurses. Through primary care services, advocacy, and education, they contribute to the continued quality health of individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and neurological impairments.
