Career Fair for Direct Support Professionals – Pediatric Residential

October 12 @ 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm

We are currently hiring motivated Direct Support Professionals for 2nd and 3rd shifts in our Haddonfield, NJ based pediatric residential program.

The Direct Support Professional provides daily care to our residents in campus and community group home based settings.  We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner.  Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled children.

Event Highlights:

 -On-the-spot interviews will be scheduled for qualified candidates!

-Full time and part time positions available in our residential group homes for adults.

Qualifications:

  • -Hands on experience working with individuals with disabilities or comparable work experience in a direct care role (for example: CNA, Home Health Aid, Residential Counselor)
  • -Anyone pursuing their education in the fields of Psychology, Behavioral Health, Autism Studies, Social Services, Social Work or related human services studies
  • -Available to work 2nd and/or 3rd shift schedules, including weekends

About the Pediatric Residential program:

The Haddonfield, NJ based Pediatric Residential Program provides care to children and adolescents with acute behavioral challenges. The program specializes in providing these individuals with Applied Behavior Analysis based intensive residential treatment designed to minimize problem behaviors while providing them assistance with activities of daily living.  In addition, we proactively help our clients develop their independence and participate in social and recreational community activities.

For those candidates interested in pursuing a career in Behavior Analysis, this opportunity provides the chance to earn supervision hours toward their BCBA or BCaBA requirements while simultaneously gaining hands on experience with the intellectually and/or developmentally disabled population.  Many of our employees are promoted into positions of advancement throughout Bancroft and accepted into top undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
