We know your first priority is finding the best services for your clients. We are here to help.

Bancroft invites educators, healthcare providers, case managers, discharge planners and other professionals to make a referral. We are also available to meet with your team to present an overview of services or schedule a tour of our programs.

Admissions Process

After the referral, a Bancroft admissions specialist will begin to collect referral information and records to determine eligibility and readiness for your client to participate in the program. They will also:

  • Arrange an in-person screening and evaluation
  • Schedule a tour for the client and family
  • Help secure appropriate funding
  • Coordinate the admission-day schedule
