Thank you for considering Bancroft

We know your first priority is finding the best services for your patients and clients. We are here to help.

Bancroft invites educators, healthcare providers, case managers, discharge planners and other professionals to make a referral. We are also available to meet with your team to present an overview of services, provide CEU learning sessions and to discuss your interests or needs.

Admissions Process

After the referral, a Bancroft Access to Care specialist will begin to collect referral information and medical records to determine eligibility readiness to participate in the program. They will also:

  • Arrange an in-person screening and evaluation
  • Schedule a tour of the center for the client and family
  • Help secure appropriate funding
  • Coordinate the admission-day schedule
