For Professionals
Working together to provide services and solutions.
Finding the best services for your patients and clients is your first priority…and ours. Our Admissions team coordinates admission, while our team of clinicians constructs an individualized treatment plan focused on progress and recovery toward the most independent life possible.
Services for Children with Autism and I/DD
The Bancroft School and Education Programs
At Bancroft, we provide the highest quality special-education and behavioral health services. We pride ourselves on our partnership with district Child Study Teams in evaluating each child’s distinct needs and developing the best program of services and care.
Children’s Residential Services
Eligibility for Childrens Residential Services is determined by the Children’s System of Care (CSOC) in New Jersey Community Behavioral Health (CBH) for Philadelphia residents. We value our relationship with our state and county partners and work together with them and families to find the precise residential placement for each child.
Services for Adults with Developmental Disabilities
Eligibility for funding for adult services is determined by the New Jersey Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) or the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS).
While the recent transition to “Fee for Service” funding can be confusing, we work with Supports Coordinators and families to smooth the way.
Making a Referral
After the referral, a Bancroft admissions specialist will begin to collect referral information and records to determine eligibility and readiness for your client to participate in the program. They will also:
- Arrange an in-person screening and evaluation
- Schedule a tour for the client and family
- Help secure appropriate funding
- Coordinate the admission-day schedule
