A recent profile in the November issue of South Jersey Magazine gives readers an inside look into how the highly-trained clinical team at Bancroft NeuroRehab combines evidence-based treatment with a tailored approach to help people rebound, recover and reconnect with their lives. “Our approach is to focus on the whole person to understand the entire clinical picture,” says Rich Ciullo, Senior Director of Outpatient Services. “For example, someone may go to another outpatient clinic with balance issues, but they may not recognize the cognitive implications on balance or any underlying issues the person may have.”
In the same issue, Ciullo was also featured in The Full Scope, an article outlining the need for a comprehensive approach to healthcare and how allied services and nontraditional physician visits play a role in this emerging health strategy. “All of our clinicians practice evidence-based treatments,” says Ciullo. “We really focus on what the science says and incorporate different technologies.”
Through occupational therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy and neuropsychology, Bancroft NeuroRehab develops individualized plans, focused on helping each client achieve their goals toward independence.
