Bancroft places the highest importance on its reputation for honesty and commitment to those we serve. Our Compliance Department provides regulatory oversight of our standards and legal obligations in an effort to ensure a safe environment for everyone in our world.

Bancroft NeuroRehab is accredited by CARF International (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities).

As a result of continuous improvement and aligning to CARF standards, the following updates have been made to our scope of services policy: All Bancroft NeuroRehab Programs consider and address the individual’s spiritual, cultural and diverse support needs throughout treatments and settings through interviews and conversations with individuals and their families. Dear Valued Contractor or Agent of Bancroft:

Bancroft, as a recipient of federal and state healthcare program funds, is required by law to provide information on its Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Policy to all employees as well as agents, contractors, business partners, and vendors.

Accordingly, we are notifying you of the Bancroft Fraud, Abuse and Waste Policy, which sets forth the guidelines that all employees, contractors and agents are required to follow to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and Bancroft policies and procedures. By conducting business with Bancroft, you must agree to abide by all relevant policies and procedures relating to healthcare fraud and abuse and make the policies available to your employees and agents who provide services to Bancroft.

Retaliation or retribution for reporting issues in good faith is prohibited at Bancroft.

All individuals served by Bancroft shall have the fundamental right to be free from abuse, neglect, and exploitation. It is the policy of Bancroft that abuse, neglect, and exploitation of individuals served, whether intentional or unintentional, is totally unacceptable and will not be tolerated.  All staff are expected to remain alert for signs of possible abuse, neglect, and exploitation of individuals served and shall report any concerns to supervisory staff immediately.

  11. Choice of Law and Venue. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to principles of choice of laws. The Superior Court of Camden County, New Jersey, or the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey shall be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any claim between the parties, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts. In any action to enforce these Terms of Use, Bancroft shall be entitled to court costs and attorney’s fees.   12. Removal of Posts or Comments. Bancroft retains the right, in its sole discretion, to delete and remove any post, comment, link, video, or any other item or subject matter that it determines to be spam, third-party promotion, or material that it otherwise deems as inappropriate, illegal, offensive, outdated, violating these Terms of Use, or unrelated to our Site or its content.

Bancroft offers Interpretive services for the Limited English Proficient and Deaf or the Hard-of-Hearing (using American Sign Language) when communicating with individuals we serve.

In addition, Bancroft has  adopted new and amended mandatory poster display regulations and created new and updated posters required by the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination. Bancroft has posted the new  posters in the appropriate designated areas.
