Alyssa Hernandez, M.Ed, BCBA, LBA

Alyssa Hernandez is a Senior Clinical Director at Bancroft, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the autism field with a specialty in crisis management. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in New Jersey, she has built and led clinical teams across residential and academic settings and opened and licensed multiple IDD residential facilities. Alyssa is known for her calm, decisive leadership in high-acuity situations and her commitment to ethical, person-centered care.

Alyssa holds a M.Ed. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University and previously served as an Adjunct Professor at Saint Joseph’s University, where she helped shape and foster future BCBAs.
