Leslie Usher, MHA, CPHQ

Leslie Usher, MHA, CPHQ is the Vice President of Quality at Bancroft, where she leads the development and advancement of an integrated Quality Management System that embeds quality, safety, and continuous improvement throughout every aspect of service delivery and organizational operations. With more than a decade of leadership experience, she is committed to ensuring quality is reflected in every interaction with the individuals, families, employees, and communities Bancroft serves.

Prior to joining Bancroft, Leslie served as Director of Performance Improvement and Risk Management at Shriners Children’s Philadelphia, leading hospital-wide quality, patient safety, regulatory readiness, and patient experience initiatives. During her tenure, she advanced organizational safety culture, achieved nationally recognized patient experience outcomes, and supported successful accreditation and verification achievements. Previously, she completed her Administrative Fellowship at The Guthrie Clinic and progressed to Senior Director of System Quality, where she led system-wide quality strategy and performance improvement efforts across a large nonprofit healthcare system.

A Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Leslie has dedicated her career to advancing quality, safety, and organizational excellence through data-driven improvement and collaborative leadership. She holds a Master of Health Administration from The Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Elizabethtown College.
