Laura Kuntz, Esq.

Laura Kuntz was a partner with Lowenstein Sandler LLP where she practiced law for 36 years before retiring at the end of 2018. Throughout her career, she specialized in mergers and acquisitions and securities laws compliance, representing public and private companies in connection with securities offerings, securities regulation, etc. Ms. Kuntz received a B.A. from Douglass College and her J.D from Rutgers Law School. Ms. Kuntz has been a strong advocate for people with autism, and served on the Board of the New Jersey Chapter of Autism Speaks.

She has been actively involved with Bancroft for many years, including serving as Chair of the Bancroft Family Advisory Board and a member of the Human Rights Committee.
