Angela Zografos, Esq.

Angela Zografos, Esq. joined Bancroft in 2024 as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. In her role, she is responsible for managing and overseeing the organization’s legal affairs and compliance. Angela has extensive experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and mergers and acquisitions. 

Before joining Bancroft, Ms. Zografos served as general counsel for Advantage Behavioral Health Network. Additionally, she worked in-house for over ten years with Gaming Laboratories International and its affiliates, Bulletproof and Public Knowledge. Ms. Zografos has significant private practice experience in general litigation, education law and municipal law, having represented several Boards of Education in New Jersey, as well as serving the township attorney for Manchester Township. 

Ms. Zografos received her undergraduate degree from Adelphi University and her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law. Additionally, she is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) with the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE). Dedicated to her community, she currently serves on the Medford Township Board of Education and holds the position of President of the Burlington County School Boards Association.
