Jennifer Cripps, CPA, GMCA

Jennifer Cripps, Chief Financial Officer, oversees all financial operations for the organization. Cripps brings to the organization more than 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Lutheran Social Ministries of South Jersey, a $75 million not-for-profit organization.

Prior to joining Lutheran Social Ministries in 2012, Cripps held positions at Dow Jones & Company, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and accounting firms in New Jersey and Delaware.

She has a master’s degree in accounting and financial management from the University of Maryland University College, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Juniata College.
