Nicole O'Neal

Nicole O’Neal joined Bancroft in 2023 as Senior Vice President Children’s Residential and Autism Services, with a focus on growth and providing expanded access to those who need it. She now serves as SVP, Adult Residential Services.

Nicole previously served as Devereux New Jersey’s assistant executive director, supporting the executive director in overseeing operations, facilities, organizational growth, and licensing and compliance for more than 500 individuals throughout the state and their families.

She holds more than 20 years of experience in the field of human services, having started her career in a direct care role supporting adults with providers in the central Pennsylvania and Philadelphia areas, including Intercommunity Action, Inc. and Community Service Alternatives.

In 2017, the New Jersey Association of Community Providers (NJACP), an advocacy organization that promotes higher wages and clinical excellence for staff and individuals served by providers like Bancroft, honored O’Neal with its prestigious Leadership Award. O’Neal also has been an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and has assisted on specialty projects at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, and Riddle Hospital in Media, Pennsylvania. She earned her undergraduate degree from Lock Haven University and her MBA, with a concentration in Health and Medical Services Administration, from Widener University.
