Rachel Bednarczyk, CPA

Rachel Bednarczyk joined Bancroft in April 2021 and is responsible for maintaining the overall integrity of the organization’s financial accounting practices and financial reporting structure. She brings more than 15 years of experience in accounting, financial management and leadership to Bancroft. Most recently, she was the Corporate Controller for Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey, a $75 million not-for-profit organization.

Prior to Lutheran Social Ministries, Rachel provided audit services for various clients, primarily focusing on healthcare and non-profit organizations, at ParenteBeard (now known as Baker Tilly).

She is a certified public accountant in Pennsylvania and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Rowan University.
