Dioana Gayle

Dioana joined Bancroft in 2017 and brought with her more than a decade of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. In her current role, Dioana oversees group home and apartment settings for adults in Bancroft’s residential programs. Prior to Bancroft, Dioana served as the Assistant Director of Residential Services for an agency in Southern New Jersey, and has also worked in direct care and supervisory roles for Respite, Crisis, Quality Assurance, and Mental Health Services for other organizations and hospitals in Cape May and Cumberland counties.

Dioana is a certified investigator for serious incident investigations with Labor Relations Alternatives, Inc. She is also a certified Handle With Care Instructor for Behavior Management Systems, Inc.
