Honora Cardelli

Honora joined Bancroft in 2000, and began her career in the Pediatric Program before joining Bancroft’s Adult Residential Program. She began her tenure in a direct care role, and not long after she was promoted to Senior Program Associate. Honora opened a group home in 2006 and managed the house until 2014 when she was promoted to Program Director.

In her current role, she oversees group homes and supervised apartments while attending Camden County College to become a sign language interpreter.
