Janita Wise

Janita joined Bancroft in 1998, having begun her career in a direct care role. She soon became a Program Manager before becoming a Director in 2014. Janita’s expertise is successfully opening new programs and improving the process of identifying and preparing each new home.

Prior to joining Bancroft, Janita worked with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in respite care as well as residential and vocational services for other organizations in Gloucester and Burlington Counties.
