Jennifer Bates is an experienced and compassionate behavioral health leader with more than a decade in the field. She began her career with Bancroft as a Community Program Manager and since that time has led teams in both children’s and adult programs, while maintaining the highest levels of regulatory compliance. In her current role as Transitional Campus Residential Program Director, Jennifer is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and compliance with all state standards. She also serves as liaison to the New Jersey Department of Developmental Disabilities and all other state agencies.

Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and holds several certifications and has completed professional development in the fields of Self-Direction, Person-Centered Thinking and Strengthening Families, among others.
