Jessica Hiller
Clinical Director, Children's Services
Jessica Hiller joined Bancroft in 2016 and is currently the Clinical Director of the Lindens Program and the Transitional Pediatric and Adolescent Residential Program. Jessica earned her undergraduate degree at Drew University, her master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Rider University, and has been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since 2013. Jessica has worked in multiple service lines within Bancroft since joining the organization, including Lakeside and The Bancroft School. Prior to coming to Bancroft, she worked for another adult service provider and a company providing in-home services. Jessica is a member of the Clinical Executive Group and the Behavior Management Committee.
