Clinical Director, Gloucester Adult Services

Katherine Hurlock is the Clinical Director of the Gloucester Adult Services program. Katherine is a board-certified behavior analyst, licensed in the state of Maryland, and member of Bancroft’s Center of Excellence in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Katherine has over 10 years of experience which has focused on the functional assessment of undesired behavior, treatment planning, teaching functional skills, and reinforcement-based procedures. She earned her undergraduate degree in Behavioral Sciences and her master’s degree in Special Education.  

Prior to joining Bancroft’s Gloucester Adult Services program in 2019, Katherine worked for a special education school and residential provider in Maryland providing ABA based programming and oversight to the school and residences.   In addition, Katherine began her career as a clinical associate within the Lindens Center for Autism, followed by her role as an ABA Specialist.  Subsequently, Katherine completed her graduate education and began teaching at The Bancroft School. There she was able to further hone her skills, merging her passion for ABA with her passion for teaching which eventually led to her return to The Lindens Center for Autism as a Senior Behavioral Analyst.
