Kellie is the Clinical Director of Bancroft’s Lakeside Program in Mullica Hill, NJ, a residential and vocational program serving adults with severe challenging behavior.  Ms. Goldberg earned her master’s degree in applied behavior analysis from Temple University. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with almost two decades of experience in the field of ABA.  Throughout her career she has held several positions with a focus on residential settings for adults with severe challenging behavior. She has also worked in a behavioral stabilization unit for children and in community based programs for children. 

Ms. Goldberg is a member of Bancroft’s Behavior Management Committee and Bancroft’s Center of Excellence in Applied Behavior Analysis.
