Thomas Rhoden is a seasoned leader with over 16 years of experience in acute behavioral health settings, specializing in working with children and adolescents facing neurological and related disabilities. Holding a Bachelor’s degree from Bloomfield College, NJ, and an MBA at Eastern University, PA.

His professional journey began at Bancroft as a DSP upon graduating, progressing through diverse roles such as Program Manager, Staffing Coordinator, Organizational Scheduler, Pediatric and Adolescence Program Director, Senior Patient Navigator, Program Director of the Lindens Program, and most recently, Executive Director of Children’s & Autism Services. Throughout his tenure, Thomas has been recognized with prestigious accolades including The Maggie Award in 2010, The Leadership Award and The Team Award in 2023, testament to his exceptional contributions and leadership acumen.

Now assuming the pivotal role of Executive Director of Children’s Services & Autism Services, Thomas is focused on propelling the growth of both Children’s Residential and Autism services. His overarching objective revolves around fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and operational efficiency within the organization.

With an extensive background in acute behavioral health, particularly with youth facing neurological challenges, Thomas Rhoden is a dedicated professional poised to leverage his wealth of experience and leadership to further elevate Bancroft’s mission and impact within the community.
