Victoria Sweeney

Victoria has been supporting programs and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for more than 30 years.  She began her career as a direct support professional and job coach. Victoria joined Bancroft in 1994, overseeing pediatric programs and services for children on the Autism Spectrum.  She has served in roles with increasing leadership responsibility over the years. Currently, Victoria provides Sr Leadership at our Flicker residences and day habilitation program for older adults, and for our Community Residential Apartment programs.

Victoria earned her bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University.
