Andrew Thompson, MBA

Andrew Thompson, MBA, joined Bancroft in February 2024 and is responsible for the overall vision and strategic plan of the IT department. Andrew works with executives at Bancroft to align the corporate strategic goals of the organization with the right technology, processes and procedures. He brings more than 20 years of healthcare IT experience to Bancroft. Most recently, Andrew worked at Capital Health, where he was in charge of Ambulatory Healthcare IT. Andrew has also held leadership positions at Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey, Coordinated Health and Continuum Health.

Andrew earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University and his Master’s of Business Administration from Drexel University.
