Denise Rodriguez

Denise Rodriguez is an accomplished professional with a Master’s degree in Human Services, specializing in Counseling and two decades of extensive experience in education, social work, advocacy, family and community engagement. Denise is a native New Yorker and seasoned educational leader with a wealth of experience across multiple school districts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

With a strong foundation in leadership and a passion for fostering academic excellence, Denise has successfully led teams and implemented initiatives that have positively impacted student success including managing student enrollment for the largest school district in New Jersey. In her role as Director of Student Recruitment and Family Support, she collaborated closely with principals, child study teams, and assistant superintendents to ensure the seamless and equitable placement of Special Education and English Language Learner (ELL) students.

Denise’s expertise lies in developing personalized support plans, facilitating partnerships between schools and communities, and advocating for the holistic well-being of every student. Denise is a leader dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within educational settings, making a lasting impact on student success and educational outcomes.
