Kelliann McHugh is a highly experienced and passionate behavioral health leader with over a quarter century of experience in the field. She began her career at Bancroft as a paraprofessional and has since led teams in both the Pediatric Transitional Campus and The Community Programs. In her current role as the Community Residential Program Director, Kelliann is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and compliance with all state standards. Kelliann is an active member of the Association of Children’s Residential and Community Services ( ACRC), advocating for improving Residential Services worldwide. Kelliann has completed professional development in Nurtured Heart, Trauma Informed Care, and Bogg Center Training and has incorporated these practices into her program’s daily operations.
