Dr. Nicole Schwartz
Dr. Nicole (Nikki) Schwartz is a licensed clinical psychologist who serves as the Senior Clinical Director in the Bancroft Children’s Residential Service Line. Nikki joined Bancroft in 2018 providing psychological support to adults in the Bancroft NeuroRehab program as well as children in the Lindens program.  Her clinical work over the years has focused on children, adolescents, young adults and families in a variety of therapeutic settings that include private practice, hospitals, schools, behavioral health rehabilitation and residential programs. Areas of interest include interdisciplinary/collaborative care, trauma, gender and sexuality, autism spectrum, behavior and adjustment disorders.

Prior to joining Bancroft, Nikki served as the Clinical Director for an organization in Philadelphia serving youth in their homes, schools and community environments. She completed her master’s and doctoral degrees from Argosy University in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Child and Family. Nikki is a member of the Clinical Executive Group, Institutional Review Board, and Social Development Committee.
