Michelle joined Bancroft’s Community Services for Adults program in 2004. She has more than two decades of experience working with children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in residential programs and in their own homes. Michelle provides senior leadership to over forty group homes serving adults with autism and intellectual disabilities throughout Camden and Burlington Counties.

Additionally, Michelle chairs Bancroft’s Core Values Committee and supports employee engagement efforts across the organization. Michelle earned both her undergraduate degree in psychology and her master’s degree in special education at Wagner College. She is also an adjunct professor in the Human Services Department at Camden County Community College.
