Holly Gillman started working with Bancroft as a Direct Support Professional at the Lakeside Campus in 2014. She was later promoted to Program Manager at Lakeside, where she excelled both personally and professionally. In 2017, she joined the P&A campus as a Program Manager, bringing her expertise to the role. Due to her hard work and dedication, Holly was promoted to the position of Senior Program Manager for the P&A Transitional Campus in July 2021. In early 2024, she accepted the Director role of the Lindens Program, where she will use her professional insights and expertise to create a supportive and inclusive environment for the individuals Bancroft serves.
Holly has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Neumann University. In 2020, she joined the Rider Cohort to pursue her BCBA and bridge the gap between clinical expertise and operations. She graduated with a Master’s degree from Rider University in 2022.
