Bancroft Announces New Board of Trustees Members

Derek S. Green, Esq. and Daniel Deitch, Esq, join a long line of esteemed board members at Bancroft.

(Cherry Hill, N.J.) – Bancroft, a regional leader in specialized services for children and adults living with neurological conditions, autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities, has announced that Derek S. Green, Esq. and Daniel Deitch, Esq. have joined the organization’s Board of Trustees.  

“Our Board of Trustees is a passionate group of community leaders devoted to advancing Bancroft’s mission and creating a world where everyone can live their best life,” said Toni Pergolin, President & CEO of Bancroft. “I look forward to collaborating with Derek and Daniel, leveraging their skills and leadership to propel our mission even further.”

Derek S. Green, Esquire, is Of Counsel at the law firm of Obermayer, Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel, LLP. He is a member of the Litigation Department and supports the Government and Public Policy, Business and Finance, as well as the Labor and Employment Departments. In 2015, Derek won the Democratic primary for City Council At-Large in Philadelphia, and later that year, he was elected to City Council. In 2019, he was elected for another term. Councilmember Green and his wife, Sheila, co-founded the first Autism Support Class at Houston Elementary School to help other autistic children like their son. To aid other families impacted by Autism, they are top regional fundraisers for Autism Speaks.

Daniel Deitch, Esquire, is a Senior Management leader at NFI Industries. At NFI, he serves as a Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, providing legal guidance and support to the corporate C-Suite and ownership group, as well as the more than 17,000 NFI associates across the U.S. and Canada. Mr. Deitch has been with NFI, a family-owned and operated supply-chain logistics company, for over two decades. In addition to his professional work, Mr. Deitch actively participates in Big Brother through the Big Brother/Big Sister Association and has made a long-term special connection with his little brother, Stephen.
