Bancroft welcomes Roy Day as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In this role, Roy will oversee all human resources functions, driving strategies that support Bancroft’s mission and workforce.
With more than 20 years of executive leadership in HR, Roy brings a wealth of experience spanning nonprofit, healthcare, behavioral health, private equity, and startups. Prior to joining Bancroft, he served as CHRO at Resources for Human Development (RHD), where he led HR initiatives for a multi-state nonprofit with 4,000 employees, focusing on talent acquisition, cost containment, and strategic restructuring.
A recognized thought leader, Roy is passionate about aligning HR innovation with business objectives. His expertise includes talent strategy, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, HR technology, and leadership development, all of which have contributed to stronger workplace cultures and operational excellence throughout his career.
