James Carlino

Jim Carlino joined Bancroft in December 2016. Carlino, who has over 35 years leadership experience in Human Resources, oversees workforce strategy and engagement, organizational development and learning, occupational health, benefits, compensation, performance management, and employee health and wellness. He also advises on policy development and compliance for all Bancroft employees.

Jim has an MBA and an MS in Organizational Leadership and Development, and is recognized as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management, a Certified Compensation Professional, and most recently as a Certified Healthcare Human Resources Professional.
