Ruben Roberts

Ruben Roberts has been working in the non-profit sector since 1994,
accumulating more than 30 years of experience in the fields of non-profit and education.
Throughout his career, Ruben has served as Director for various non-profit
organizations, advocating for children and families in New York and New Jersey. He has
extensive experience in executive leadership in public education, school reform, small
school development, and community and partner engagement. In his most recent role,
Ruben was the Executive Director of the Direct Support Professional Career
Development Program at the New Jersey Association of Community Providers. The
program aimed to address the staffing shortage of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
who provide essential services and support to individuals with intellectual and
developmental disabilities. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business degree
from Seton Hall University.
