Kristina Swindle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst specializing in providing care and support to children and adolescents with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
Swindle brings to her position more than 15 years of experience in clinical and operational leadership. She has worked in a variety of residential treatment, psychiatric inpatient, crisis stabilization, school, and group home settings in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Bancroft, Swindle served as the Director of Behavior Support Services for SERV Behavioral Health System, Inc., a statewide non-profit organization headquartered in Ewing, NJ.
In this position, she oversaw the clinical and administrative operations of the organization’s DCF youth program, which provides residential crisis assessment and stabilization services for children and young adults with IDD and co-occurring mental and behavioral health needs.
Swindle holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Neumann University in Aston, Pa, a master’s degree in criminal justice and corrections from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and an MBA in from Eastern University. In addition she holds a certificate in organizational leaders from Harvard Online Business School.
