Yolanda Williams

Director of Nursing

Yolanda Williams oversees the operations of the nursing department which encompasses the transitional, residential, and community nursing programs. She has been serving children of all ages for over 20 years in a variety of settings: inpatient, outpatient, and the community. Her career has spanned from working as a bedside nurse, extensive managerial and supervisory roles, and working for the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P), formerly known as DYFS. Her focus as a nursing leader is delivering high-quality care with unwavering commitment to make a difference in the lives of the nurses she works with, the individuals Bancroft serves and the community she lives in.

She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Columbia Union College in 2003, and then went on to obtain her dual degree, Master of Science in Nursing/Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from University of Phoenix in 2012. She also holds a certification in pediatric nursing from the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.
