Giving Societies

Donor Recognition

Every donation helps provide the compassionate and transformational services and programs Bancroft offers for children and adults with autism, other intellectual and developmental disabilities and brain injuries. Bancroft recognizes our most dedicated and consistent donors through three giving societies. We are so grateful to have a community of inspiring and generous donors at every level!

President’s Circle

Established in 2019, this exclusive donor recognition society honors Bancroft’s most committed donors—those who have cumulatively given $100,000 or more. Members of the President’s Circle are recognized in a prominent wall display in the Activity Center on Bancroft’s Raymond & Joanne Welsh Campus. The President’s Circle celebrates champions of philanthropy and leaders in giving who make lasting investments in Bancroft, serving as beacons of hope for individuals we support and their families.

Legacy Society

The Legacy Society recognizes donors who support Bancroft’s mission through a planned gift. You can join this group and leave a lasting legacy by including Bancroft in your will or financial plans. Giving through a planned gift helps secure Bancroft’s future for all the individuals we support today and for generations to come. Investing in Bancroft’s future is simple, flexible and does not require great wealth.

1883 Society

Named in honor of the year of Bancroft’s founding, the 1883 Society recognizes those who have given to Bancroft each year for three or more fiscal years, from July 1 to June 30. Membership in the 1883 Society is a commitment to Bancroft’s mission and ensures that we will be able to continue our innovative services, helping unlock the full potential of each individual in our care.
